Our products are made to order and customised therefore a minimum time of 7 days is required for the product to be shipped. We currently ship only in India.
Our priority has always been customer satisfaction.
Since most of our products are custom made we do not allow for returns or exchanges , with the exception of damaged goods.
In case of any damage of products in transit, you may reach out to us with photos of the product received within a period of 36 hours from delivery.
All our products are completely hand painted and hence each item will not be a 100% replica of the images on the website. Please expect a certain amount of difference in terms of colour and design . Frame borders seen on the website are subject to availability. Options for frame borders will be given during the course of completion of the painting.
